Classic Vietnam with Mekong

Upon arrival at Hanoi airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide and escorted to your hotel for check-in. Afterward, enjoy some leisure time on your own.

Things to do for today: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum , Ho Chi Minh's House on Stilts , One Pillar Pagoda , Hoa Lo Prison , Temple of Literature , Museum of Ethnology , Old Quarter of Hanoi (by Rickshaw) , Hoan Kiem Lake , Ngoc Son Temple , Water Puppet Show

After breakfast, visit some major historic sites, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Hoa Lo prison and Temple of Literature.

In the afternoon, explore the Museum of Ethnology and tour the Old Quarter of Hanoi by taking a rickshaw (about 1 hour). Afterward, head to Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy a Water Puppet Show with Vietnamese traditional culture.

Things to do for today: Halong Bay Cruise

After breakfast, be escorted to Halong Bay to board a Halong Bay cruise. After lunch on board, visit the Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village by kayaking. The cruise will be a real ocean adventure as you can choose from a variety of optional activities like kayaking, swimming and diving, and admire the breathtaking scenery with nearly 2,000 limestone islands dotting the sea.

Things to do for today: Halong Bay Cruise

Practice Tai Chi on the open deck before having light breakfast on board. Later, explore Thien Canh Son Cave with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. After brunch on board, disembark from the cruise, and be escorted by your guide and driver to Hanoi Airport (around 3 hours) for late afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, be transferred to your hotel, and spend the rest of the time at leisure.

Things to do for today: Cu Chi Tunnels , War Remnants , Reunification Palace , Old Saigon Post Office , Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat) , Ben Thanh Market

After breakfast, explore the amazing underground Cu Chi Tunnels. Afterward, drive back downtown to visit the Ben Thanh market, War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace), and Old Saigon Post Office. Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat) is a nice choice for a free stroll.

Things to do for today: One day Mekong Delta with homemade meal

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day Mekong Delta tour with a homemade meal.

You will have some free time before being escorted by your guide to the airport for your departure flight.
